1. Our commitment
TVMar Internet aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. A large share of the households we help are older adults, and an inaccessible support website would be a contradiction in terms.
2. Measures taken
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading order on every page.
- A visible skip-to-content link as the first focusable element.
- Colour combinations checked against the 4.5:1 contrast ratio for body text.
- Full keyboard operability, including the menu, accordions and the cookie notice.
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images and empty alt attributes on decorative ones.
- Form fields with permanently associated labels rather than placeholder-only hints.
- Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting, which disables all animation.
- Text that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to a 320 pixel viewport width.
3. Known limitations
Some third-party screen-sharing tools used during remote sessions have their own accessibility characteristics that we cannot modify. If a tool creates a barrier for you, tell us and we will conduct the session entirely by telephone with spoken step-by-step instructions instead, at no additional cost.
4. Alternative formats

5. Feedback
If you encounter a barrier on this website, please tell us what page you were on and what happened. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days and to fix confirmed issues within thirty days.
